Bag Policy

Bags, backpacks, and umbrellas larger than 30x30 cm are not permitted in the galleries. A free locker service is available at the entrance to store your belongings.

Photography

You may take photos for personal use in the permanent collection, but flash photography is strictly forbidden. Tripods and selfie sticks are not allowed.

Prohibited Items

Food and drinks are not allowed inside the exhibition halls. Please silence your mobile phone and refrain from touching the artworks.

Can I bring a small backpack into the galleries?

If it is larger than 30x30 cm, it must be stored in the free lockers. Small handbags and purses are generally allowed.

Is there a dress code?

No, there is no specific dress code. We recommend comfortable shoes as the museum spans five palaces and involves a fair amount of walking.
